CANCELATION POLICY
- Cancellation is allowed up to 14 days before the reservation date.
- Cancellations within 14-days of the stay are subject to charges for the first night’s room and tax.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the stay are subject to charges for the complete duration of the stay.
SMOKING
The Union Street Inn is a smoke-free property (including e-cigarettes), and all guest rooms and public areas are designated as such. A smoking fee of $500 per day will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found in your room or on the premises.
CHILDREN
Our hotel facilities are not suitable for small children, for this reason we do not allow children under the age of 8.. Maximum occupancy limitations for all room types still apply.
ROOM GUARANTEE
A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking. All rates are based on single or double occupancy unless specified otherwise.
ACCESS
Like most Edwardian properties in San Francisco there are multiple steps up from the sidewalk to our front door and there is no wheelchair access or elevator access to the Inn.
PARKING
Mettered street parking on Union Street is available. Two hour parking is also available on some side streets. Please carefully read all posted signs for parking and street cleaning to avaid tickets. Discounted $25 per night parking in a secured parking garage is two blocks away (no in and outs). Please contact us after booking and we can arrange your parking passes.
PETS
We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed on the premises.
